I was really, really NOT happy with Far from where I should be. It is really just a snapshot, because I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could..
 But I had to go reshoot it, because it's such a fascinating building. So here is the result.. I'm definitely more happy with this myself. But feel free to be brutally honest again  I also uploaded the very plain street view of this building in my scraps, [link] That's inner beauty, eh?  Comments
 I still like the first one you took the most actually. It had a different quality of light it was more diffused which worked really well for the image. Another thing that I liked about it was the symmetry which went really well with the buildings characteristics. Don't get me wrong I like this one too but it has it's own appeals one being that it's in colour makes it more interesting. Also the light falling on the top and bottom right side of the image is really interesting. The reflections in the windows are eye catching as well. A great image as well.

I'm surprised you weren't happy with the first picture - what did you dislike about it? I said that I like the first one better, I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

 I must say that I personally can't decide which one I liked most... both are good and have some things. But I think that the symmetric composition works better with this scene.

The funny thing is, it always seems that the photos I like most myself are the ones others don't like that much, and vice versa  -- Someday you will find me caught beneath the landslide In a champagne supernova in the sky First of all, I don't like the fact that I wasn't able to make it completely symmetrical.. that was the point, but I couldn't make it as good as I wanted to, so.. :/ Another thing was the way I shot it.. so quickly, just wanting to sneak away fast, heh. I didn't even look through the viewfinder, so it just felt more like a snapshot to me.
